“بررسی اثر کشت مخلوط افزاینده زعفران و زیره سبز در تاریخ‌های مختلف کاشت بر عملکرد کمی و کیفی دو گونه “

به منظور بررسی تأثیرات مختلف مجموعه‌های کشت هم‌زمان زعفران و زیره بر روی عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد آن‌ها، آزمایش به صورت طرح کرت‌های خرد شده بر اساس طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در یک مزرعه تحقیقاتی زعفران در دانشکده کشاورزی بادگیر در خلال سال‌های 2016-2017 انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی به کرت اصلی بر اساس تاریخ‌های کاشت (11 نوامبر، 11 دسامبر، 6 مارس و 4 آوریل) و مجموعه‌های کشت هم‌زمان (25، 50، 75 و 100% چگالی بهینه زیره (120 گیاه در متر مربع)، زعفران خالص (50 گیاه در متر مربع)، زیره خالص) به عنوان کرت‌های فرعی اختصاص داده شد.

صفات مورد مطالعه شامل تعداد چترها در هر گیاه، درصد روغن اساسی، دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیکی و روغن اساسی، و همچنین تعداد گل‌های زعفران، عملکرد گل، عملکرد کلاله، تعداد کُرم‌های جانشین، وزن کُرم و تعداد کُرم‌های آلوده بود.نتایج نشان داد که تأخیر در تاریخ کاشت زیره منجر به کاهش قابل توجهی در عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد زیره در تمامی الگوهای کاشت شد.

مقادیر کاهش عملکرد دانه زیره در تاریخ‌های کاشت مارس و آوریل در مقایسه با نوامبر به ترتیب ۳۹٪ و ۶۴٪ بود. درصد روغن اساسی زیره در تاریخ‌های کاشت نوامبر (۲.۷۹٪)، دسامber (۲.۷۸٪) و آوریل (۲.۸۳٪) بیشتر از مارس (۲.۴۲٪) بود. تیمارهای آزمایشی تأثیر معنی‌داری بر تعداد غده نداشتند، اما کاشت زیره در فصل بهار غده‌های بیشتری نسبت به کاشت پاییز داشت. وزن غده تحت تأثیر تأخیر در تاریخ کاشت و افزایش چگالی زیره کاهش یافت.بازده گل و کلاله زعفران در کشت همزمان پاییزه به طور معناداری بالاتر از کشت همزمان بهاره بود. کشت همزمان تأثیرات منفی بر بهره‌وری زعفران داشت و بالاترین بازده کلاله (۲.۹۷ کیلوگرم در هکتار) به کشت انفرادی اختصاص داده شد. به طور کلی، حداکثر LER (۱.۵۱) مربوط به کشت همزمان زیره و زعفران در پاییز بود.

In order to study the effects of various additive intercropping series of saffron and cumin on their yields, and yield components, an experiment was conducted as split-plot arrangement based on randomized complete block design with three replications in a two years saffron research farm in agricultural faculty of Bardsir during 2016-2017. The experimental treatments were assigned to the main plot on planting dates (November 11, December 11, March 6 and April 4), and additive intercropping series (25, 50, 75 and 100% of optimum density of cumin (120 plant.m-2), sole saffron (50 plant.m-2), sole cumin) as subplot.

The studied traits were including number of umbrellas per plant, essential oil percentage, seed, biological and essential oil yield, and also saffron flower number, flower yield, stigma yield, number of replacement corm, corm weight and number of infected corm. The results showed that delaying in cumin planting date led to a notable decrease in cumin yield and yield components, in all of the planting patterns.

The reduction values of cumin seed yield in March and April planting dates compared to November were 39% and 64%, respectively. Cumin essential oil at November (2.79%), December (2.78%) and April (2.83%) planting dates were higher than that of March (2.42%). The experimental treatments had no significant effect on corm number, but cumin planting at spring had more infected corms than fall planting. The corm weight was declined as affected by delay in planting date and increase in cumin density. The saffron flower and stigma yield in fall intercropping was significantly higher than spring intercropping. Intercropping had negative impacts on saffron productivity, and the highest stigma yield (2.97 kg.ha-1) was assigned to sole cropping. In general, the maximum (1.51) LER was related to fall intercropping of cumin and saffron.
