امولسیون‌های درماتوکازمتیک مبتنی بر رزوراترول، اسید فرولیک و عصاره زعفران (Crocus sativus) برای مقابله با استرس اکسیداتیو پوست – عامل محرک برخی اثرات بالقوه بدخیم: مطالعات پایداری و خواص رئولوژیکی

افزایش بروز بیماری‌های پوستی، در زمینه افزایش آلودگی، شهرنشینی، عادت‌های ضعیف در سبک زندگی، کار، استراحت، رژیم غذایی و داروهای عمومی، منجر به توسعه محصولاتی با اثر حفاظتی شده است. این انواع جدید آماده‌سازی‌های درماتوکازمتیک، حداکثر مزایا را با فرمولاسیون حداقل تضمین می‌کنند. آنتی‌اکسیدان‌ها، امروزه، مواد اولیه‌ای هستند که با نقش اثبات‌شده در حفاظت پوست از استرس اکسیداتیو و اثرات آن برجسته می‌شوند. بنابراین، تحقیقات نشان داده است که فرمول‌های با بافت سبک، که سریعاً در پوست جذب می‌شوند، با هیدراتاسیون بهینه و حفاظت در برابر رادیکال‌های آزاد بیش از حد، یکپارچگی و ظاهر پوست را حفظ می‌کنند. این مقاله هدف ارزیابی معیارهای ضروری برای یک محصول جدید وارد بازار را دارد: پایداری، خواص رئولوژیکی و ویژگی‌های میکروبیولوژیکی امولسیون‌های روغن در آب مبتنی بر مخلوطی از ۳% رزوراترول، ۰.۵% اسید فرولیک و ۱ میلی‌لیتر عصاره الکلی زعفران. آزمون‌ها به این نتیجه منجر شد که امولسیون‌های درماتوکازمتیک O/W، مبتنی بر ۳% رزوراترول و ۰.۵% اسید فرولیک، یا همچنین ۱ میلی‌لیتر عصاره الکلی زعفران، مقاومت در برابر آلودگی میکروبیولوژیکی، خواص رئولوژیکی خوب (رفتار ویسکوالاستیک، پایداری ساختاری، رفتار برشی قابل قبول) نشان می‌دهند که بافت رضایت‌بخش و پایداری فیزیکی بالا در طول ذخیره‌سازی را آشکار می‌کند. این نتایج، انتقال به آزمون‌های درماتولوژیکی را به عنوان مرحله نهایی در در نظر گرفتن یک محصول تجاری جدید تشویق می‌کند.

The increasing incidence of skin diseases, against the background of increased pollution, urbanism, poor habits in lifestyle, work, rest, diet and general medication, led to the development of products with a protective effect. These new types of dermatocosmetic preparations ensure maximum benefits with minimal formulation. Antioxidants are, nowadays, ingredients that stand out with a proven role in skin protection from oxidative stress and its effects. Thus, research has shown that light-textured formulas, quickly absorbed into the skin, with optimum hydration and protection against excessive free radicals, uphold the skin integrity and appearance. This article aims to evaluate essential criteria for a newly marketed product: stability, rheological properties and microbiological characteristics of oil-in-water emulsions based on a mixture of 3% resveratrol 0.5% ferulic acid and 1mL alcoholic extract of Saffron. The tests led to the conclusion that O / W dermatocosmetic emulsions, based on 3% resveratrol and 0.5% ferulic acid, or also 1mL alcoholic extract of Saffron, show resistance to microbiological contamination, good rheological properties (viscoelastic behavior, structural stability, acceptable shearing behavior) that reveal satisfactory texture and high physical stability during storage. These results encourage the transition to dermatological testing as the final stage in considering a new commercial product.
