تنوع نماتد Crocus sativus L. rhizosphere در ناحیه کیشتوار، جامو و کشمیر، هند

خاک‌های ریزوسفری و بنه‌های زعفران زعفران (Crocus sativus L.) 13 گونه مختلف نماتد را در مزارع زعفران کیشتوار، جامو و کشمیر هند در خود جای داده‌اند. از این تعداد، سه گونه به عنوان نماتد آزادزی، دو گونه شکارگر و هشت گونه انگل گیاهی شناسایی شده‌اند. در میان نماتدهای آزادزی، شکارگر و انگل گیاهی، به ترتیب نماتدهای Acrobeles spp.، Mononchus spp. و Helicotylenchus spp. بیشترین فراوانی و تراکم را با ارزش برجسته بالا داشتند. شاخص تنوع شانون (H′ =2.43) و شاخص یکنواختی (J =0.95) مشخص کردند که ریزوسفر زعفران زعفران در کیشتوار از نظر تنوع نماتد غنی است.

Rhizospheric soils and corms of Crocus sativus L. accommodate 13 different nematode taxa in the saffron fields of Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Out of which, three are identified as free-living, two predatory and eight plant-parasitic. Among free-living, predatory and plant-parasitic nematodes Acrobeles spp., Mononchus spp. and Helicotylenchus spp. respectively were the most frequently and densely available nematodes with high prominence value. Shannon diversity index (H′ = 2.43) and evenness index (J = 0.95) determined that Crocus sativus L. rhizosphere in Kishtwar is rich in terms of nematode diversity.
