فعالیت‌های عصاره زعفران علیه پروتئین‌های سرطان کبد

زعفران (Crocus sativus L.)، عضوی از خانواده زنبق‌ها (Iridaceae)، گیاهی دائمی با ساقه‌های علفی و گل‌هایی شبیه پیاز با رنگ بنفش مایل به لیمویی است. اگرچه به دلیل اهمیت اقتصادی و تجاری در بسیاری از کشورها کشت می‌شود، در نیمکره شمالی و مناطق با اقلیم‌های گرمسیری و نیمه‌گرمسیری پراکنده است. اندام مورد استفاده گیاه، کلاله قرمز آن است که به سه لوب تقسیم می‌شود. از دیرباز مردم زعفران را برای کاربردهای مختلف استفاده کرده‌اند. امروزه گیاه زعفران که دارای حوزه استفاده گسترده‌ای است، همچنین در صنایع آرایشی و رنگ‌سازی به‌ویژه در صنایع دارویی و غذایی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.

مواد فعال موجود در آن در ترکیب بسیاری از داروها وجود دارد. علاوه بر این، مشخص شده است که اخیراً به‌ویژه در تحقیق‌های سرطانی به‌طور مکرر استفاده شده و نتایج امیدبخشی به دست آمده است.در این مطالعه، هدف تعیین مواد موجود در ترکیب شیمیایی عصاره متانولی به‌دست‌آمده با روش ماسرسیون از لوب‌های خامه‌ای قرمز گیاه زعفران با روش GC-MS بود. پس از تعیین ترکیبات شیمیایی عصاره Crocus sativus L.، فعالیت‌های مهاری این مواد شیمیایی بر ساختار کریستالی گیرنده‌های فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال عروقی (VEGF) (شناسه PDB: 3WZE) و Deleted in Liver Cancer 2 (شناسه PDB: 2H80) برای سرطان کبد که از سایت Protein Data Bank دانلود شده‌اند، مقایسه خواهد شد. با بررسی نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، دسترسی دارویی مولکول‌هایی که بیشترین فعالیت را دارند، از طریق تحلیل ADME/T مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت.

“– Saffron (Crocus sativus L.), a member of the Iridaceae family, is a perennial herbaceous plant  with bulbous, crocus-like, lilac-purple flowers. Although it is cultivated in many countries due to its economic and commercial importance, it spreads in the Northern hemisphere, tropical and subtropical climate regions. The used organ of the plant is the red stigma, which is in three lobes. People have used saffron for many different purposes since ancient times. Today, the saffron plant, which has a very wide usage area, is also used in cosmetics and paint industry, especially in the pharmaceutical and food industry.

The active ingredients it contains are in the composition of many drugs. In addition, it is known that it has been used frequently recently, especially in cancer research, and promising results have been obtained. In this study, it was aimed to determine the substances in the chemical composition of the methanol extract obtained by the maceration method from the red stigma lobes of the saffron plant by the GC-MS method.After determine the chemical components for the Crocus sativus L. extract, the inhibitory activities of these chemicals against the Crystal structure of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) receptors (PDB ID: 3WZE) and Deleted in Liver Cancer 2 (PDB ID: 2H80) for Liver cancer downloaded from the Protein Data Bank site will be compared. By examining the obtained results, the drug availability of the molecules with the highest activity will be examined from the ADME/T analysis”
