مروری بر گیاهان دارویی با اثرات محافظت‌کننده کلیه

در این مطالعه، پایگاه‌های داده آنلاین از جمله Web Science، PubMed، Scopus و Science Direct مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند تا یک روش جایگزین محافظت از کلیه در برابر آسیب‌های ناشی از جنتامایسین، استامینوفن، پروفنوفس، دی گالاکتوزامین (D-GalN)، استرس مزمن، سپسیس و داروهای سیتوتوکسیک و همچنین نفروپاتی دیابتی ناشی از استرپتوزوتوسین و سنگ کلیه ناشی از مواد شیمیایی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. این مرور نشان داد که بسیاری از گیاهان دارویی می‌توانند سموم و آسیب‌های زیستی، عملکردی و ساختاری کلیه ناشی از طیف گسترده‌ای از داروها و سموم را کاهش دهند و به‌عنوان جایگزین‌های مؤثر محافظت از کلیه عمل کنند.

In this study, online databases including Web Science, PubMed, Scopus and Science Direct, were searched to investigate an alternative nephroprotective remedy against gentamicin, paracetamol, profenofos, D galactosamine (D-GalN), chronic-stress, sepsis and cytotoxic drugs induced kidney injury as well as streptozotocin induced diabetic nephropathy, in addition to chemically induced nephrolithiasis. The review showed that many medicinal plants can attenuate the biochemical, functional and structural renal toxicities of a wide range of drugs and toxins representing effective nephroprotective alternatives.
