بازارچه مرزی دوغارون و تجارت زعفران افغانستان

با عنایت بر افزایش روز افزون صادرات مجدد زعفران ایران بوسیله تجار افغانی و همچنین کشت این محصول ارزش مند در افغانستان در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تجارت زعفران و مشکلات آن در شهر مرزی افغانستان بوسیله مصاحبه بدون ساختار از تجار ایرانی و کشاورزان شهرستان تایباد و همچینین بررسی نظرات کارشناسان و مسیولان در سایتهای خبری ایران و افغانستان، در سال 1397 پرداخته شد. مهترین مشکل برای تجار ایرانی راحتی تردد تجار افاغنه و نبود امنیت برای تردد تجار ایرانی در افغانستان،سهم نداشتن از سود حاصله از صادرات و همچنین صادرات غیر رسمی زعفران بوسیله حمل بار مسافر و قاچاق این محصول و پیاز آن به افغانستان بوسیله رابطان تجار افاغنه در ایران بوده است و پیشنهاد شد که شرکت تعاونی صادرات زعفران با عضویت کشاورزان تاسیس شده تا کشاورزان از سهم ارزش افزوده صاردات و تجارت زعفران بی نصیب نمانند.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting agricultural trade development and prioritize and determine the role of each factor in agricultural trade development in the Doharoon border market. The research data were collected by filling out 150 questionnaires from economic activists in Doharoon Special Economic Zone in Khorasan Razavi province during 1978-2009. Then, sequential logit model was used to analyze and evaluate the effect of independent variables on agricultural trade development. Is. The results of the study showed that for the development of agricultural products trade in the Doharoon border, the first attempt was made to develop the investment index in the agricultural sector by attracting domestic capital and non-indigenous people in the agricultural sector, as well as promoting mechanization in the agricultural sector and the next priority of holding classes. Challenges aimed at enhancing export knowledge and culture at the Doharoon border, as well as holding joint meetings between Iranian and Afghan businessmen and other countries to exchange knowledge and export experiences. Improving the quality of life of people will also contribute to the development of the agricultural trade.
