ارزیابی کروماتوگرافی سافرانال و اسید الاژیک در فرمولاسیون چای آیورودا و ترکیبات اصلی آن

هند با تنوع گسترده ای از گیاهان، درختان، درختچه ها و گیاهانی است که در سیستم پزشکی سنتی هند مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند و گزارش شده است که اثرات درمانی عالی در درمان بیماری ها دارند. از نظر تاریخی، گیاهان دارویی منبع اولیه ترکیباتی بوده اند که در پزشکی برای درمان بیماری ها استفاده می شود. در سیستم پزشکی بومی، Terminalia arjuna و Crocus sativus مفیدترین و شناخته شده ترین گیاهان دارویی برای درمان طیف گسترده ای از بیماری های جدی هستند. هدف از این مطالعه توسعه پروفایل های کروماتوگرافی مقایسه ای فرمول چای آیورودا و مواد اصلی آن برای شناسایی، و تخمین کمی PRS/مارکرهای مربوطه با استفاده از HPTLC و HPLC است. در این مطالعه، پروفایل اثر انگشت HPTLC فرمول چای آیورودا، ترمینالیا آرجونا، کروکوس ساتیووس، الاژیک اسید و سافرانال را انجام دادیم. استانداردهای مرجع سافرانال و الاژیک اسید به ترتیب در محلول آزمایشی عصاره کروکوس ساتیووس، ترمینالیا آرجونا و فرمول چای آیورودا قابل مشاهده بودند. در زیر نور UV و پس از مشتق سازی با مشتق سازی قابل مقایسه است معرف تعیین کمیت Terminalia arjuna و Crocus sativus در فرمولاسیون از طریق HPLC انجام شد. ارزیابی کمی Safranal موجود در فرمول چای آیورودا و Crocus sativus به ترتیب 0.0330% و 0.1041% بود. ارزیابی کمی اسید الاژیک موجود در Terminalia arjuna، پوست ساقه و فرمول چای آیورودا به ترتیب 0.2814% و 0.1293% بود.

India is blessed with an extensive variety of plants, trees, shrubs, and herbs that are utilized in the traditional Indian medical system and have been reported to have excellent therapeutic effects in treating ailments. Historically, medicinal plants have been a primary source of compounds used in medicine to treat illnesses. In the indigenous medical system, Terminalia arjuna and Crocus sativusare the most beneficial and well-recognized medicinal plants for treating a wide range of serious illnesses. The goal of this study is thedevelopment of comparative chromatographic profiles ofAyurvedic tea formulation and its major ingredients for identification, and quantitative estimation of concerned PRS/Markers using HPTLC and HPLC. In this study, we have done HPTLC Fingerprint profiling of Ayurvedic tea formulation, Terminalia arjuna, Crocus sativus, Ellagic acid and Safranal.Safranal and Ellagic acid reference standards were visible in test solution of Crocus sativus extract, Terminalia arjuna and Ayurvedic tea formulation respectively and found comparable under UV light and after derivatization with derivatizing reagent. The quantification of Terminalia arjuna and Crocus sativus in formulation was done through HPLC. The quantitative evaluation of Safranal present in Ayurvedic tea formulation and Crocus sativus was 0.0330% and 0.1041% respectively.
