مروری بر مقالات: تأثیر گیاهان دارویی بر کاهش سطح گلوکز خون در بیماران دیابتی

دیابت شیرین (DM) یک گروه بیماری مزمن است که با افزایش سطح قند خون در نتیجه اختلال سیستم متابولیک در بدن مشخص می‌شود، جایی که لوزالمعده قادر به تولید هورمون انسولین مطابق با نیاز بدن نیست. دیابت شیرین بیماری است که می‌تواند کیفیت زندگی بیمار را تا حد مرگ کاهش دهد. درمان مداوم بر امور مالی و عوارض جانبی در بیماران دیابتی تأثیر خواهد گذاشت. کاهش سطح قند خون را می‌توان با استفاده از گیاهان دارویی انجام داد، زیرا درمان گیاهی هیچ عارضه جانبی ندارد، مقرون به صرفه و به راحتی قابل تهیه است. گیاهان دارویی که معمولاً استفاده می‌شوند برگ بو، پیاز، زردچوبه و زعفران هستند. روش رویکرد مورد استفاده، جمع‌آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل مقالات تحقیقاتی در مورد گیاهان دارویی برای کاهش سطح گلوکز خون در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت شیرین است. مقالات از طریق پایگاه داده الکترونیکی EBSCO و Google scholar با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی: گیاهان دارویی، دیابت شیرین و گلوکز خون جمع‌آوری شدند. معیارهای استفاده برای مقالات، مقالاتی هستند که در دوره 2015-2020 منتشر شده‌اند.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease group characterized by increased blood sugar levels as a result of a metabolic system disorder in the body, where the pancreas is unable to produce the hormone insulin according to the body’s needs. DM is a disease that can reduce the patient’s quality of life to the point of death. Continuous treatment will have an impact on finances and side effects in DM patients. Lowering blood sugar levels can be done by using herbal plants, because herbal therapy has no side effects, is affordable and easy to obtain. Herbal plants commonly used are bay leaf, onion, turmeric, and saffron. The approach method used is to collect and analyze research articles on herbal plants to reduce blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus. Articles were collected through the EBSCO electronic database and Google scholar using the keywords: herbal plants, diabetes mellitus and blood glucose. The criteria for articles used are those published in the period 2015-2020.
