تأثیرات بافت‌شناسی عصاره آبی گل زعفران Crocus sativus بر تخمدان و لوله‌های فالوپ موش سفید ماده Mus musculus

این مطالعه به بررسی تأثیرات بافت‌شناسی عصاره آبی گل‌های زعفران بر تخمدان و لوله‌های رحم موش‌های سفید ماده بالغ پرداخت. موش‌ها به‌صورت خوراکی با دوزهای ۱۵، ۳۰ و ۶۰ میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن به‌ترتیب برای دوره‌های ۷، ۱۵ و ۳۰ روزه تحت درمان قرار گرفتند. تغییرات رفتاری شامل بیش‌فعالی غیرطبیعی، تحریک‌پذیری، به دنبال آن درون‌گرایی و کاهش فعالیت حرکتی و همچنین از دست دادن اشتها بود. بررسی آسیب‌شناسی بافتی تخمدان‌ها تغییراتی مانند احتقان عروق خونی، نکروز، دژنراسیون سلول‌های استرومایی، افزایش تعداد فولیکول‌های اولیه، رسوب هموسیدرین و مواد هیالینی و نفوذ سلول‌های لنفاوی را نشان داد که شدت آن با دوز و مدت زمان افزایش می‌یابد. در لوله رحم، تغییرات شامل ضخیم شدن دیواره، دژنراسیون سلول‌های اندوتلیال، احتقان عروق خونی، صاف شدن چین‌های مخاطی، فیبروز و از بین رفتن چین‌ها بود. مطالعه نتیجه گرفت که عصاره آبی زعفران آسیب بافت‌شناختی معنی‌دار و وابسته به دوز و زمان در تخمدان و لوله رحم موش‌های ماده ایجاد می‌کند.

This study investigated the histological effects of an aqueous extract of saffron flowers on the ovaries and oviducts of adult female mice. Mice were orally administered doses of 15, 30, and 60 mg/kg body weight for periods of 7, 15, and 30 days, respectively. Behavioral changes included abnormal hyperactivity, irritability, followed by introversion and reduced motor activity, as well as loss of appetite. Histopathological examination of ovaries revealed changes such as congestion of blood vessels, necrosis, degeneration of stromal cells, an increase in the number of primordial follicles, deposition of hemosiderin, and hyaline material, and infiltration of lymphatic cells, with severity increasing with dose and duration. In the oviduct, changes included thickening of the wall, degeneration of endothelial cells, congestion of blood vessels, flattening of mucosal folds, fibrosis, and loss of folds. The study concluded that the aqueous extract of saffron causes significant dose- and time-dependent histopathological damage to the ovaries and oviducts of female mice.
