نقشه‌برداری تحقیقات جهانی زعفران (Crocus sativus L.): تحلیل کوپلینگ کتاب‌سنجی بر روی عملکرد گل و بنه

زعفران (Crocus sativus L.) محصولی با اهمیت اقتصادی و زراعی جهانی است. اهمیت آن، خروجی علمی فراوان اما ناهمگنی را ایجاد کرده است که سنتز دانش انباشته شده را پیچیده می‌سازد. این ناهمگنی به ویژه در مطالعه ارتباط بین زیست‌شناسی گل و عملکرد محصول قابل توجه است. تنوع رویکردها برای تعریف و اندازه‌گیری «عملکرد» و همچنین نتایج متنوع در مورد تأثیر شیوه‌های کشت، چشم‌انداز علمی غنی اما پیچیده‌ای را شکل داده است که در آن تشخیص اجماع دشوار است. برای ترسیم این حوزه از دانش و روشن کردن ساختارهای اساسی آن، یک تحلیل کتابشناختی بر روی ۴۸۳ مقاله تحقیقاتی انجام شد. تحلیل ساختاری ما جریان‌های فکری اصلی، مکاتب فکری را شناسایی می‌کند و اجماع‌های تثبیت‌شده و همچنین محورهای بحث علمی را برجسته می‌کند. همچنین شبکه‌های نویسندگان و مؤسساتی را که این حوزه را هدایت می‌کنند، آشکار می‌سازد. این اثر با ارائه یک سنتز سیستماتیک و عینی، یک پایگاه مرجع یکپارچه برای جامعه علمی فراهم می‌کند. هدف آن هدایت مؤثرتر تحقیقات آینده با روشن کردن یافته‌ها و پیشنهاد راه‌های امیدوارکننده برای پیشبرد دانش در مورد بهینه‌سازی کشت زعفران است. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین مقالات، به ترتیب ۶۵ و ۶۳ مقاله از ۴۸۳ مقاله، بین سال‌های ۱۹۷۷ تا ۲۰۲۴ منتشر شده‌اند. بین سال‌های ۱۹۷۷ تا ۲۰۰۷، تنها دو مقاله در هر سال منتشر شده است. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که بهبود عملکرد و ارزش اقتصادی زعفران صرفاً از طریق بهبود عوامل زراعی امکان‌پذیر نیست، بلکه نیازمند نگاهی جامع‌تر به بهبود شرایط رشد، توجه به پارامترهای تغییر اقلیم، بهبود کیفیت مواد مؤثره و استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین مبتنی بر اصل پایداری زیست‌محیطی است که می‌تواند در افزایش عملکرد و ارزش اقتصادی زعفران مؤثر باشد.

Saffron (Crocus sativus L.) is a crop of global economic and agronomic importance. Its importance has generated abundant but heterogeneous scientific output, making the synthesis of accumulated knowledge complex. This heterogeneity is particularly notable in the study of the link between floral biology and crop performance. A diversity of approaches to defining and measuring “performance,” as well as varied results regarding the impact of cultivation practices, have shaped a rich but complex scientific landscape, in which consensus is difficult to discern. To map this field of knowledge and clarify its underlying structures, a bibliometric analysis was conducted on 483 research articles. Our structural analysis identifies the main intellectual currents, schools of thought, and highlights established consensuses as well as axes of scientific debate. It also reveals the networks of authors and institutions that drive this field. By providing a systemic and objective synthesis, this work provides a consolidated reference base for the scientific community. It aims to guide future research more effectively by clarifying the findings and suggesting promising avenues for advancing knowledge on optimizing saffron cultivation. Results showed that the most articles, 65 and 63 out of 483, were published . Between 1977 and 2024, respectively. Only two articles were published each year between 1977 and 2007. The results of the present study showed that improving the yield and economic value of saffron is not possible simply through improving agronomic factors, but requires a more comprehensive look at improving growth conditions, paying attention to climate change parameters, improving the quality of active ingredients, and utilizing modern technologies based on the principle of environmental sustainability, which can be effective in increasing the yield and economic value of saffron.
