الگوی آموزش گروهی حرفه آموزی کشاورزی به مددجویان

حرفه آموزی کشاورزی در برنامه های بازپروری مددجویان در بند به شیوه های متداول کیفیت و اثربخشی مناسبی برخوردار نبوده آموزش مشارکتی و فعالیت گروهی سبب افزایش انگیزه و یادگیری عمیق می شود. این پژوهش با هدف به کارگیری حرفه آموزی کشاورزی با استفاده از الگوی طرح تدریس عضو-گروه (Team Member Teaching Design-TMTD) در ندامتگاه اراک انجام شد. از نظر هدف کاربردی و از جهت الگوی تحقیق علی – ارتباطی یا نیمه تجربی می-باشد که در آن از طرح تحقیق پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه شاهد استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها برای بررسی انگیزه تحصیلی مددجویان، پرسشنامه استاندارد انگیزه تحصیلی هارتر (1981، 1980) بود که روایی شکلی آن با نظر کارشناسان خبره آموزش و حرفه آموزی کشاورزی و پایایی محتوایی آن نیز با محاسبه ضریب آلفای ترتیبی (یا تتای ترتیبی معادل 0.92= θ) تایید شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 108 تن از مددجویان در ندامتگاه شهرستان اراک، استان مرکزی بودند.

دو دوره حرفه آموزی کشاورزی (آموزش کاشت، داشت و برداشت زعفران و دوره آموزشی پرورش زنبورعسل) در سال 1402 به منظور مقایسه روش های آموزش سنتی (مرسوم) و طرح تدریس عضو -گروه (TMTD) در نظر گرفته شد. مقایسه ی نظر حرفه آموزان نشان داد در گروه های مورد مقایسه، اثر روش تدریس TMTD بر پیشرفت حرفه ای مددجویان معنی دار است. نتایج آزمون های مقایسه میانگین نیز گویای تفاوت معنی دار دو روش تدریس متداول و گروهی در انگیزه مددجویان جهت شرکت در دوره های آموزشی در هر دو دوره پرورش زعفران و زنبور عسل دارد.

این پژوهش در مورد استفاده از آموزش گروهی در دوره های آموزش کشاورزی در ندامتگاه و اثرات آن در انگیزه و مشارکت مددجویان در دوره های آموزشی و پیشرفت حرفه ای آنان در دوره های آموزش کشاورزی بحث کرده و یافته ها بیانگر موثر بودن روش تدریس عضو-گروه در بالا بردن دانش و انگیزه مددجویان جهت شرکت در دوره های آموزشی دارد. لذا براساس نتایج می توان مربیان ندامتگاه ها را در بکارگیری این روش در دوره های حرفه آموزی ترغیب نمود.

Vocational agricultural training in the rehabilitation programs of prison inmates has not been of good quality and effectiveness in the conventional training methods, while collaborative training and team activity increases motivation and deepens learning. Therefore, this s tudy was conducted with the aim of applying team agricultural vocational training using the model of team member teaching design (TMTD) in Arak prison. This research is applied and causal-communicative and semi-experimental, which uses a pre-tes t-pos t-tes t research design with a control group. The data collection tool was a researcher-made ques tionnaire, the validity of which was confirmed by examining the opinions of experts in Agricultural education and vocational training, and its reliability was confirmed by calculating the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (α = 0.92).

The s tatis tical population was all the inmates in the prison of Arak city, Markazi province. Two agricultural vocational training courses (saffron planting, growing and harves ting training and honey bee breeding training) for 108 people in 2023 in order to compare traditional training methods and team members teaching design (TMTD) was determined. The results indicated that in the groups under comparison, the effect of the Team Member Teaching Design (TMTD) method on the professional development of prisoners was significant. The results of the mean comparison tes ts also revealed a significant difference between the conventional and team-teaching methods regarding the motivation of prisoners to participate in training courses in both saffron cultivation and beekeeping programs.

This research discusses the use of team-based training in Agricultural education programs within prisons and its effects on the motivation and participation of prisoners in training courses, as well as their professional advancement in Agricultural education. It also provides a pathway for the effective utilization of innovative collaborative and team-based teaching methods in Agricultural education classes.
