اثر تاریخ انتقال پیاز و وزن پیاز مادری بر صفات کیفی و عملکرد زعفران در شرایط جیرفت

کیفیت و کمیت زعفران تحت تأثیر عوامل متعددی قرار می‌گیرد، از جمله شرایط اقلیمی و محیطی. به‌منظور بررسی اثر تاریخ و وزن انتقال پیازچه‌ها بر ویژگی‌های کیفی و عملکرد زعفران (Crocus sativus L.)، یک آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در زمان مبتنی بر طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در دو برداشت در مرکز پژوهش و آموزش منابع طبیعی و کشاورزی استان کرمان جنوبی (ایستگاه صندوقه) در سال‌های ۲۰۱۷-۲۰۱۸ انجام شد. عوامل آزمایشی شامل سه تاریخ انتقال پیازچه‌ها (۴ ژوئن، ۵ اوت و ۵ سپتامبر) و چهار وزن پیازچه (۶-۸، ۸-۱۰، ۱۰-۱۲ و ۱۲-۲۰ گرم) بودند. مقادیر کروکین، پیکروکروکین و سافرنال، تعداد گل‌ها و عملکرد خامه خشک اندازه‌گیری شد.

نتایج نشان داد که اثر تاریخ و وزن انتقال پیازچه‌ها و تعامل آن‌ها بر تمام صفات در طی دو سال معنی‌دار بود.تحلیل جداگانه عوامل مورد مطالعه در دو سال نشان داد که در سال اول، اثر تاریخ انتقال پیازچه بر طعم، عطر، تعداد گل‌ها و عملکرد زعفران معنی‌دار بود اما بر محتوای رنگدانه آن معنی‌دار نبود. اثر وزن پیازچه و تعامل وزن پیازچه و تاریخ انتقال بر تمام ویژگی‌های کیفیت و عملکرد زعفران معنی‌دار بود. نتایج سال دوم نشان داد که اثر تاریخ و وزن پیازچه و تعامل آن‌ها بر رنگ و طعم معنی‌دار بود، اما برای ویژگی‌های گل و عملکرد، تنها اثر تاریخ انتقال پیازچه معنی‌دار بود. ویژگی‌های کیفی تحت تأثیر اندازه پیازچه و تاریخ انتقال آن قرار گرفتند. پیازچه‌های 12-20 گرمی نسبت به سایر گروه‌های وزنی بیشترین میزان سافرانال، پیکروکروسین و کروسین را داشتند. بنابراین، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که برای تولید زعفران با عملکرد و کیفیت بالا (زعفران ممتاز)، توصیه می‌شود از پیازچه‌های مادر بزرگ (بیش از 10 گرم) استفاده کرده و کشت در ماه ژوئن انجام شود.

“The quality and quantity of saffron are affected by several factors, including climatic and environmental conditions. In order to investigate the effects of corm transfer date and weight on qualitative characteristics and yield of saffron (Crocus sativus L.), an experiment was carried out as a split factorial in time based on randomized complete blocks design with three replications in two harvests at the Southern Kerman Agricultural and Natural Resources Research and Education Center (Sfandagheh station) in 2017-2018. Experimental treatments were three corm transfer dates (4 June, 5 August and 5 September) and four corm weights (6-8, 8-10, 10-12 and 12-20 g). Crocin, picrocrocin, and safranalcontents, flower number and dried stigma yield were measured.

The results showed that the effect of corm transfer date and weight and their interaction were significant on the all traits during two years. A separate analysis of the studied factors in two years showed that in the first year, the effect of corm transfer date was significant on taste, aroma, number of flowers and saffron yield but not significant on its pigment content. Effect of corm weight and interaction of corm weight and transfer date were significant on all quality and yield traits of saffron. The results in second year showed that the effect of corm transfer date and weight and their interaction were significant on color and flavor, but for flower traits and yield, only the effect of corm transfer date was significant. Qualitative traits were affected by the corm size and its transfer date. 12-20 g corms had the highest safranal, picrocrocin and crocin content compared to other weight groups. Therefore, it can be concluded that, for the production of high-yield and quality saffron (premium saffron), it is recommended to use large mother corms (above 10 grams) and cultivation in June. “
