این مطالعه ویژگیهای ضدتوموری و تعدیلکنندگی ایمنی عصاره آبی برگ مورینگا اولیفرا و ترکیبات آن با چای سبز، زعفران، اسطوخودوس و زردچوبه را ارزیابی میکند. ترکیبات مورینگا-زعفران و مورینگا-چای سبز قویترین اثرات ضدتکثیری را روی ردههای سلولی سرطان پستان نشان دادند و بهطور معنیداری فاگوسیتوز و پینوسیتوز ماکروفاژها و تکثیر لنفوسیتها را القا کردند. آنالیز LC-MS/MS وجود ترکیبات زیستفعال مؤثر در پتانسیل ضدسرطانی را نشان داد.
This study assesses the anti-tumor and immunomodulatory characteristics of M. oleifera aqueous leaf extract and its combinations with green tea, saffron, lavender, and turmeric. The Moringa-saffron and Moringa-green tea combinations showed the strongest anti-proliferative effects on breast cancer cell lines and significantly induced macrophage phagocytosis, pinocytosis, and lymphocyte proliferation. LC-MS/MS analysis revealed bioactive compounds contributing to their anticancer potential.
