مکانیسم‌های طب سنتی چینی در درمان و پیشگیری از سرطان معده

هدف این بررسی، خلاصه کردن تحقیقات انجام شده در طول ۱۴ سال گذشته در مورد درمان سرطان معده با استفاده از طب سنتی چینی (TCM) است. تمرکز بر اهداف درمانی، مکانیسم‌ها و اثربخشی طب چینی و محصولات طبیعی، از جمله ترکیبات مونومر، عصاره‌ها یا آنالوگ‌ها و مواد مؤثر است. روش‌ها: مقالات مرتبط در مورد طب سنتی چینی و طب سنتی چینی با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی مناسب از PubMed بازیابی شدند. مقالات جمع‌آوری‌شده بر اساس انواع طب سنتی چینی، با تأکید بر مکانیسم‌های مولکولی زیربنایی درمان سرطان معده، غربالگری و طبقه‌بندی شدند. نتایج: تحقیقات در مورد طب سنتی چینی نشان می‌دهد که طب سنتی چینی و محصولات طبیعی می‌توانند به طور مؤثر متاستاز، تکثیر و تهاجم سلول‌های تومور را مهار کنند.

آن‌ها همچنین می‌توانند آپوپتوز، اتوفاژی را القا کرده و حساسیت شیمیایی سلول‌های مقاوم به دارو را بهبود بخشند. علاوه بر این، تزریقات مشتق شده از طب گیاهی چینی، هنگامی که به عنوان مکمل شیمی‌درمانی مرسوم استفاده می‌شوند، می‌توانند با کاهش سمیت شیمی‌درمانی، پیش‌آگهی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان معده را به طور قابل توجهی بهبود بخشند.

نتیجه‌گیری: این بررسی، پیشرفت درمان سرطان معده با طب سنتی چینی (TCM) را در 14 سال گذشته خلاصه می‌کند و کاربرد درمانی آن را در سرطان معده مورد بحث قرار می‌دهد، که ثابت می‌کند طب سنتی چینی یک استراتژی درمانی امیدوارکننده برای سرطان معده در آینده است.

This review aims to summarise research conducted over the past 14 years on the treatment of GC using TCM. The focus is on therapeutic targets, mechanisms, and efficacy of Chinese medicine and natural products, including monomer compounds, extracts or analogues, and active ingredients. Methods: Relevant articles on TCM and GC were retrieved from PubMed using appropriate keywords. The collected articles were screened and classified according to the types of TCM, with an emphasis on the molecular mechanisms underlying the treatment of GC.

Results: The research on TCM indicates that TCM and natural products can effectively inhibit the metastasis, proliferation, and invasion of tumour cells. They can also induce apoptosis, autophagy and improve the chemosensitivity of drug-resistant cells. Additionally, injections derived from Chinese herbal medicine, when used as an adjunct to conventional chemotherapy, can significantly improve the prognosis of GC patients by reducing chemotherapy toxicity.

Conclusion: This review summarises the progress of TCM treatment of GC over the past 14 years, and discusses its therapeutic application of GC, which proves that TCM is a promising treatment strategy for GC in the future.
