تأثیر عوامل اقلیمی بر کیفیت شهددهی زعفران (Crocus sativus)

زعفران (Crocus sativus) یک گیاه گل‌دهنده از خانواده Iridaceae است. ادویه‌ای به نام زعفران از خامه‌های قرمز خشک شده گل به دست می‌آید و در صنایع دارویی، آرایشی، عطرسازی و نساجی کاربرد دارد. کشت این گیاه به مدت کوتاهی در کشور ما آغاز شده اما سطح زیر کشت آن به سرعت در حال افزایش است. تاکنون تحقیق علمی در مورد این نوع گیاه در کشور انجام نشده است. در این مقاله، مشاهدات علمی درباره تأثیر عوامل اقلیمی، دما و رطوبت هوا بر کیفیت عسل زعفران خلاصه شده است. مقدار شهد و میزان قند آن، مقدار گرده منفرد از یک گل، و اندازه و شکل دانه‌های گرده تعیین شدند. دوره گلدهی و تعداد گل‌ها نسبت به سن غده‌های کاشته شده پیگیری شد.

In the present article, we summarize scientific observations on the influence of climatic factors, temperature, and air humidity on the honey qualities of the saffron crocus. We determined the amount of nectar and its sugar content, the amount of individual pollen from one flower, and the size and shape of the pollen grains in the pollen. We tracked the flowering period and the number of flowers against the age of the planted bulbs.
