این پژوهش پویایی فصلی کربوهیدراتهای غیرساختاری (NSC) را در اندامهای ذخیرهای زعفران طی ۱۲ ماه بررسی کرد. الگوی Vشکل مشاهده شد که اوج آن در شروع دوره خواب (آوریل-می) و شروع چرخه رشد (سپتامبر) و حداقل آن در مرحله رشد رویشی فعال (دسامبر-ژانویه) بود. فروکتوز، گلوکز، مالتوز و زایلوز به عنوان ذخایر اصلی شناسایی شدند.
This study investigated the seasonal dynamics of non-structural carbohydrates (NSC) in saffron storage organs over 12 months. A V-shaped pattern was observed, with peaks at dormancy onset (April-May) and growth cycle start (September), and a minimum during active vegetative growth (December-January). Fructose, glucose, maltose, and xylose were identified as the main reserves.
