آمادگی و ارزیابی کرم ضد چروک حاوی عصاره زعفران و روغن آووکادو

پس زمینه اخیراً بسیاری از ترکیبات یا عصاره‌های منابع طبیعی برای کاهش پیری و چین و چروک‌های صورت استفاده می‌شوند.هدف این مطالعه به بررسی تهیه و ارزیابی ایمنی و اثربخشی عصاره زعفران و روغن آووکادو برای استفاده در کرم ضد چروک می‌پردازد.روش‌ها و مواد کرم روغن در آب حاوی روغن آووکادو و عصاره زعفران تهیه شد. آزمایش‌های پایداری تسریع شده طبق دستورالعمل شورای بین‌المللی هماهنگی (ICH) به مدت 6 ماه انجام شد. برای مطالعات بالینی، کرم موضعی روزانه توسط بیست داوطلب سالم به مدت 12 هفته استفاده شد.

بهبود در درجه چین و چروک با استفاده از مقیاس بهبود زیبایی جهانی (GIAS)، عمق و حجم چین‌های نازولابیال، ضخامت و چگالی درم، و تعیین پارامترهای بیوفیزیکی پوست در پایه، ششمین و دوازدهمین هفته ارزیابی شد.نتیجهدر طول دوره نگهداری، فرمولاسیون هیچگونه تغییری در خواص فیزیکوشیمیایی نشان نداد. ارزیابی بالینی نشان داد که حداقل یک درجه بهبودی در GIAS در 30٪ و 45٪ از شرکت‌کنندگان، پس از 6 و 12 هفته به ترتیب مشاهده شد. سوژه‌ها از درمان به طور “متوسطی راضی” بودند. علاوه بر این، سطح و حجم چین و چروک‌های نازولبیال به طور قابل توجهی کاهش یافت.

همچنین، الاستیسیته خالص (R5) و الاستیسیته کلی (R2) پس از 12 هفته درمان افزایش قابل توجهی نشان دادند. گزارشی از واکنش‌های آلرژیک وجود نداشت و هیچ گونه تغییری در رطوبت پوست در طول درمان رخ نداد.نتیجه‌گیرینتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که کرم موضعی ضد چروک حاوی عصاره زعفران و روغن آوکادو یک درمان مؤثر و ایمن برای جوانسازی پوست صورت است.

“Background
Recently, many compounds or extracts from natural sources are used for reducing facial aging and wrinkles.

Objective
This study investigates the preparation and evaluation of the safety and efficacy of saffron extract and avocado oil used for anti-wrinkle topical cream.

Methods and Materials
Oil in water cream was prepared containing avocado oil and the saffron extract. Accelerated stability tests were carried out due to 6 months accordingly through the International Council for Harmonization (ICH) guideline. For clinical studies, topical cream was applied by twenty healthy volunteers daily, for 12 weeks. Improvement in wrinkle grading by a Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale (GIAS), depth and volume of the nasolabial fold, thickness, and density of dermis, and determination of the skin biophysical parameters were evaluated at the baseline, 6th and 12th week.

Result
During the period of storage, the formulation showed no variation in physicochemical properties. The clinical evaluation showed at least one-grade improvement in GIAS in 30% and 45% of participants, after 6 and 12 weeks, respectively. Subjects were “moderately satisfied” with the treatment. In addition, the area and volume of nasolabial folds were significantly reduced. Moreover, net elasticity (R5) and gross elasticity (R2) showed a significant increase after 12 weeks of treatment. There was no report of allergic reactions, and no changes in skin hydration occurred during the treatment.

Conclusion
The results of this study showed that saffron extract and avocado oil anti-wrinkle topical cream is an efficient and safe treatment for facial skin rejuvenation.”
