شناسایی و تحلیل ریسك پروژه استارت آپی تأسیس کارخانه تولید کاغذ از گلبرگ زعفران

بسیاري از استارت آپ ها و شركت هاي تازه تأسیس و حتي شركت هايي كه سال ها فعالیت مي كنند به منظور كسب و تأمین سرمايه موردنیازشان براي آغاز فعالیت و ادامه دادن آن با مشکلات و مسائل بسیاري مواجه هستند. استارت آپ مملو از فرصت، نوآوري و پتانسیل است؛ اما در كنار اين ها، ريسک هاي پرمخاطره زيادي را نیز شامل مي شود. وجود حجم زياد ضايعات گلبرگزعفران در كشور باعث به وجود آمدن كسب و كاري نوپا تحت عنوان تولید كاغذ از ضايعات گلبرگ زعفران شده است. ايجاد چنین كسب و كاري به دلیل تازه بودن ايده، هزينه هاي بالاي تولید كاغذ و درعین حال كمک به حفظ محیط زيست از شرايط خاصي برخوردار است. يکي از مسائل مهم در انجام موفق تمام پروژه ها، شناخت ريسک هاي آن پروژه و پاسخ مناسب به اين ريسک ها با توجه به ويژگي هاي خاص پروژه مربوطه مي باشد. توسعه پوياي محیط كسب و كارها سبب شده است تا براي كاهش ريسک هاي موجود، مديران به سمت ايجاد فضايي براي مديريت چابک ترغیب شوند. اين امر عمدتا به دلیل كم كردن محدوديت زماني براي تحقق اهداف پروژه و همچنین بروز تغییرات غیرمنتظره در محیط هاي پروژه محور مي باشد. در اين پژوهش سعي شده تا ريسک هاي موجود بر سر راه ايجاد و راه اندازي اين كسب و كار شناسايي شود تا از ضرر و زيان هاي احتمالي جلوگیري به عمل آيد.

Many startups and newly established companies, as well as companies that have been operating for years, face numerous challenges and issues in securing the necessary capital to initiate and continue  their operations. A startup is filled with opportunities, innovation, and potential; however, alongsid  these, it also involves many high-risk challenges. The large volume of saffron petal waste in the country has led to the emergence of a new business focused on producing paper from saffron petal waste  Establishing such a business, due to the novelty of the idea, high production costs of paper, and simultaneously contributing to environmental preservation, faces unique conditions. One of the important factors for the successful execution of any project is identifying the project’s risks and appropriately addressing them, considering the specific characteristics of the respective project. The dynamic development of business environments has prompted managers to move towards creating an agile management space in order to reduce existing risks. This is primarily due to minimizing time constraints for achieving project objectives and responding to unexpected changes in project-oriented environments.This study aims to identify the existing risks in establishing and launching this business in order to prevent potential losses and damages.
