بررسی وضعیت کشت و تولید زعفران در استان سیستان و بلوچستان

زعفران به دلیل سازگاری با شرایط آب و هوایی استان سیستان و بلوچستان در سال های اخیر مورد توجه بخش کشاورزی قرار گرفته است. کشت زعفران در بخش هایی از استان سیستان و بلوچستان، رشد قابل توجهی داشته، به نحوی که باعث تغییر الگوی کشت شده است. هدف این تحقیق بررسی وضعیت کشت زعفران و آثار و نتایج اقتصادی و اجتماعی آن در برخی از مناطق استان می باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و از منابع کتابخانه ای و میدانی برای جمع آوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است. بررسی های نشان داد که عملکرد به عنوان اصلی ترین عامل تداوم کشت زعفران می باشد. مهم ترین ویژگی مثبت زعفران نیاز کمتر به آب در مقایسه با سایر محصولات است. نبود زیرساخت های لازم از جمله خدمات مشاوره ای، فنی، آموزشی، ترویجی، کمبود نیروی ماهر ، بازار فروش در منطقه، نبود دستگاه های خشک کننده، مهم ترین موانع توسعه کشت زعفران در استان سیستان و بلوچستان می باشند؛ بنابراین جهت توسعه کشت زعفران در منطقه رفع موانع مذکور ضروری است.

Due to its compatibility with the climatic conditions of Sistan and Baluchestan province, saffron has attracted the attention of the agricultural sector in recent years. Saffron cultivation in parts of Sistan and Baluchestan province has experienced significant growth, to the extent that it has altered the cropping pattern. The aim of this study is to examine the status of saffron cultivation and its economic and social impacts in some areas of the province. The research method in this study was descriptive-analytical, utilizing both library and field resources for data collection. The findings indicated that yield is the main factor for the continuity of saffron cultivation. The most important positive feature of saffron is its lower water requirement compared to other crops. The lack of necessary infrastructure, including advisory, technical, educational, and promotional services, a shortage of skilled labor, local marketing opportunities, and the absence of drying facilities, are the main barriers to the development of saffron cultivation in Sistan and Baluchestan province. Therefore, removing these obstacles is essential for the development of saffron cultivation in the region.
