“بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش کشت زعفران (مطالعه موردی: دهستان دشتخاک در استان کرمان) “

 زعفران یکی از محصولات کشاورزی است که در سال های اخیر مورد توجه کشاورزان افغانستان قرار گرفته است. با توجه به موقعیت استثنایی زعفران افغانستان در دنیا, بررسی تمایل کشاورزان این منطقه به تداوم کشت این محصول از اهمیت ویژه ای در توسعه این محصول و ارتقاء سطح جهانی آن برخوردار است. لذا هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر تمایل به تداوم کشت زعفران در بین کشاورزان استان هرات افغانستان می باشد.

آمار و اطلاعات این پژوهش از طریق ابزار پرسشنامه و مصاحبه ی حضوری با زعفران کاران استان هرات, به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده با 202 نمونه در سال 1397 تهیه و میزان تمایل به تداوم کشت زعفران کاران به 4 گروه خیلی کم, کم, متوسط و زیاد طبقه بندی شد. نتایج به کارگیری الگوی لاجیت ترتیبی نشان داد متغیرهای عملکرد, قیمت, اندازه خانوار کشاورز, تجربه ی زعفران کاری و سرمایه در دسترس, اثر مثبتی بر افزایش تمایل به تداوم کشت این محصول توسط زعفران کاران دارند؛ درحالی که متغیرهای درآمد غیرکشاورزی, سن و نیروی کار در جهت معکوس بر تمایل به تداوم زعفران کاری اثرگذارند.

در انتها پیشنهاداتی در جهت نیل به هدف پژوهش ارائه شده است. که ازجمله می توان به اعطای تسهیلات کم بهره به کشاورزان برای دسترسی آسان تر و ارزان تر به نهاده های تولید و به کارگیری تکنولوژی های نوین نظیر تجهیز آزمایشگاه ها, بهبود کیفیت بسته بندی ها و تجهیزات خشک کردن محصول اشاره کرد.

Saffron is one of the agricultural products that has attracted the attention of Afghan farmers in recent years. Considering Afghanistan’s exceptional position in the global saffron market, examining the willingness of farmers in this region to continue cultivating this product is of particular importance for its development and global advancement. Therefore, the aim of this research is to investigate the factors influencing the willingness to continue saffron cultivation among farmers in Herat province, Afghanistan.

The data for this study were collected in 2018 through questionnaires and face-to-face interviews with saffron farmers in Herat province, using simple random sampling with 202 samples. The willingness to continue saffron cultivation was classified into four categories: very low, low, medium, and high. The results of applying the ordered logit model showed that the variables of yield, price, the size of the farmer’s household, saffron farming experience, and available capital have a positive effect on increasing farmers’ willingness to continue saffron cultivation, while the variables of non-agricultural income, age, and labor negatively influence the willingness to continue saffron farming. Finally, some suggestions were offered to achieve the research objectives.

Among other things, this includes providing low-interest loans to farmers for easier and cheaper access to production inputs, as well as the use of modern technologies such as equipping laboratories, improving packaging quality, and implementing product drying equipment.
