“اولین گزارش از Bursaphelenchus fungivorus (نماتودا: Aphelenchida) در ایتالیا و مروری بر نماتدهای همراه با زعفران “

زعفران یکی از باارزش‌ترین ادویه‌های جهان است. این ادویه از کلاله‌های خشک‌شده گل‌های کروکوس ساتیوس L به دست می‌آید. این گیاه سه‌پایه‌ای و عقیم است و از طریق غده‌ها تکثیر می‌شود. به عنوان یک اندام زیرزمینی، غده می‌تواند با نماتدهای مختلف تماس داشته باشد. در این مطالعه، گونه Bursaphelenchus fungivorus برای اولین بار در ایتالیا گزارش شد. این گونه با غده‌های C. sativus همراه بود و براساس ویژگی‌های مورفولوژیکی و مورفومتری مشخصات خود را نشان داد. شناسایی با استفاده از تحلیل‌های مولکولی تأیید شد. علاوه بر این، مروری بر نماتدهای مرتبط با C. sativus در سراسر جهان نیز ارائه شده است.

Saffron is one of the most precious spices in the world. It is derived from the dried stigmas of the Crocus sativus L. flowers. This plant is triploid sterile and propagated by corms. As a subterranean or-gan, the corm can come into contact with different nematodes. In this contribution Bursaphelenchus fungivorus was reported for the first time in Italy. It was found associated with C. sativus corms and characterized based on morphological and morphometrical charac-teristics for this species. The identification was confirmed using mo-lecular analyses. Moreover, a review of nematodes associated with C. sativus worldwide is also provided
