ارزیابی توزیع جغرافیابی عملکرد و سطح تولید زعفران در ایران

آب و هوا یکی از مهمترین عوامل موثر در فعالیت های انسان به ویژه دب بخش کشاورزی است و محدودیت ها و مرزهای تولید محصولات کشاورزی وابسته به شرایط اقلیمی است. این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی توزیع جغرافیای کشت زعفران در ایران به مقایسه استانی تولید این محصول می پردازد. بدین منظور داده های آمارنامه کشاورزی سازمان جهاد کشاورزی طی سال های ۱۳۹۶، ۱۳۹۷ و ۱۳۹۸ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. صفات مورد بررسی در این پژوهش شامل سطح زیر کشت، متوسط عملکرد در واحد سطح و کل تولید به تفکیک استان در سه سال بود. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد استان خراسان شمالی با متوسط عملکرد بالا، پتانسیل خوبی برای گسترش کشت زعفران دارد. در نواحی مرکزی ایران استان های اصفهان و یزد با توجه به شرایط آب و هوایی، منطقه مناسبی برای توسعه کشت زعفران می باشند. اما در ناحیه غربی کشور در حالی که کشت زعفران چندان مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است، اما متوسط بالای عملکرد در دو استان کرمانشاه و همدان نشان دهنده پتانسیل خوب دو استان برای گسترش کشت زعفران می باشد.

Climate is one of the most important factors affecting human activities, especially in the agricultural sector, and the limitations and boundaries of agricultural product production depend on climatic conditions. This study aims to evaluate the geographical distribution of saffron cultivation in Iran by comparing the provincial production of this crop. For this purpose, data from the Agricultural Statistics Yearbook of the Agriculture Jihad Organization for the years 2017, 2018, and 2019 were used. The traits examined in this research included the area under cultivation, average yield per unit area, and total production by province over the three years. The results showed that North Khorasan Province, with a high average yield, has good potential for expanding saffron cultivation. In central regions of Iran, Isfahan and Yazd provinces, given their climatic conditions, are suitable areas for the development of saffron cultivation. However, in the western region of the country, although saffron cultivation has not received much attention, the high average yield in the provinces of Kermanshah and Hamedan indicates the good potential of these two provinces for expanding saffron cultivation.
