بررسی روند سطح زیر کشت محصولات کشاورزی در خراسان جنوبی (مطالعه موردی: عناب، زرشک، زعفران و پسته)

امروزه کشاورزی به عنوان مهمترین و اصلی ترین بخش تامین کننده نیازهای خوراکی مردم جهان محسوب میشود، به طوریکه کشورها تلاش می نمایند با تقویت این بخش نیازهای مردم کشور خود را تامین نمایند یا در صادرات محصولات کشاورزی در جایگاه مناسبی قرارگیرند. استان خراسان جنوبی خاستگاه محصولاتی ارزشمند و منحصر به فرد از قبیل زرشک و زعفران و عناب بوده بطوریکه مقام اول سطح زیر کشت و تولید زرشک ، مقام اول سطح زیر کشت و تولید عناب و مقام دوم سطح زیر کشت و تولید زعفران را دارا می باشد. کاشت عناب، زرشک، پسته و زعفران از جمله این محصولات است که سهم مهمی در تولیدات کشاورزی و معیشت کشاورزان داشته و در طی چند سال اخیر روند سطح زیر کشت این محصولات افزایشی بوده است. این تحقیق به بررسی روند کاشت و تولید این محصولات در یک دوره 10 ساله پرداخته است. نتایج نشان از روند افزایشی سطح زیر کشت و تولید محصولات مورد مطالعه دارد. سطح زیرکشت محصولات در سال های مورد مطالعه تقریبا به یک نسبت برابر افزایش یافته لذا افزایش تولید در این سال ها به دلیل افزایش سطح زیر کشت اتفاق افتاده است با توجه به منابع آبی در دسترس می بایست بهره وری عوامل تولید را افزایش داد نه اینکه به سطح زیر کشت اضافه کرد. با توجه به تجزیه و تحلیل روند سطح زیرکشت محصولات، کمبود منابع آبی و شرایط اقلیمی، توسعه کاشت عناب برای شهرستان های بیرجند، خوسف و سربیشه، کاشت پسته برای بشرویه، زعفران و زرشک برای قاین، کاشت زعفران و پسته برای سرایان و فردوس و کاشت زرشک برای درمیان و زیرکوه پیشنهاد می شود.

Nowadays, agriculture is considered the most important and primary sector for meeting the food needs of the world’s population, to the extent that countries strive to strengthen this sector to meet the needs of their own people or to achieve a favorable position in agricultural exports. South Khorasan Province is the origin of valuable and unique products such as barberry, saffron, and jujube, holding the first rank in the area under cultivation and production of barberry, the first rank in the area under cultivation and production of jujube, and the second rank in the area under cultivation and production of saffron. The cultivation of jujube, barberry, pistachio, and saffron is among these products, which have an important share in agricultural production and farmers’ livelihoods, and in recent years, the area under cultivation of these products has been increasing. This study examines the trend of cultivation and production of these products over a 10-year period. The results indicate an increasing trend in both the area under cultivation and the production of the studied products.The cultivated area of crops during the years under study has increased almost equally, so the increase in production in these years has occurred due to the expansion of cultivated area. Considering the available water resources, it is necessary to increase the productivity of production factors rather than expanding the cultivated area. Based on the trend analysis of crop areas, water resource shortages, and climatic conditions, it is recommended to develop jujube planting for Birjand, Khusf, and Sarbisheh counties; pistachio planting for Boshruyeh; saffron and barberry cultivation for Qaen; saffron and pistachio cultivation for Sarayan and Ferdows; and barberry cultivation for Darmian and Zirkuh.
