“تأثیر مواد رشد گیاهی بر عملکرد پیاز و پیازچه ارقام مختلف گلایول زعفران و ترکیبات فعال آن: مروری بر اثرات درمانی بالقوه آن در اختلالات عصبی “

گل گلادیولوس گلی از جاذبه و کمال است که به عنوان ملکه گل‌های پیازی شناخته می‌شود و به عنوان گل‌کاری در باغ رشد می‌کند. مواد رشد گیاهی تعداد بیشتری از تولید کورم باکیفیت در گلادیولوس را ترویج می‌کنند. به همین دلیل، این مطالعه به منظور بررسی تأثیر مواد رشد گیاهی در گلادیولوس در مزرعه تحقیقاتی و آموزشی در دانشگاه کشاورزی اندیرا گاندی، رائیپور (C.G.) انجام شد. پنج واریته گلادیولوس شامل زعفرانی، زرد تابستانی، زیبایی آمریکایی، قنادی و رفاه سفید با مواد رشد گیاهی نظیر GA3 @ 100 ppm + ورمی‌کمپوست @ 80 g/pot، CCC @ 500 ppm، اسید هیومیک @ 0.1% + کود مرغی @ 10 g/pot، اسید سالیسیلیک @ 150 ppm و کنترل (آب مقطر) در طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در فصل ربیع 2016-17 آزمایش شد.

مواد رشد گیاهی با کمک یک سمپاش اسپری شدند و کودهای آلی (ورمی‌کمپوست، کود مرغ) از طریق خاک در مراحل دو، چهار، شش برگ و مرحله گلدهی اعمال شدند. مشاهده شد که ارقام آزمایشی تنوع ژنتیکی را در زمینه تعداد، اندازه، وزن و قطر کورم و کورمل نشان دادند. رقم American beauty با حداکثر تعداد کورمل‌ها در حالی که رقم White prosperity بالاترین وزن کورم، قطر کورم و قطر کورمل را به طور معناداری داشت و رقم Saffron کمترین وزن کورم و قطر کورم را در بین تمام ارقام آزمایش شده ثبت کرد. تیمار CCC @ 500 ppm به طور معناداری پارامترهای تولید را بهبود بخشید و تیمار GA3 @ 100 ppm به همراه ورمی‌کمپوست @ 80 g/ pot در بین تمام تیمارها ضعیف‌ترین نتیجه را داشت.

“Gladiolus is a flower of glamour and perfection which is known as the queen of bulbous flowers and grown as flower bed in garden. Plant growth substances promote more number of quality corm production in gladiolus. Hence, the present study was conducted to study the impact of plant growth substances in gladiolus at Research cum Instructional Farm, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur (C.G.). The five gladiolus cultivars i.e., Saffron, Summer shine yellow, American beauty, Candyman and White prosperity were tested with plant growth substances viz., GA3 @ 100 ppm + Vermicompost @ 80 g/pot, CCC @ 500 ppm, Humic acid @ 0.1% + Chicken manure @ 10 g/ pot, Salicylic acid @ 150 ppm and control (distilled water) in Factorial Completely Randomized Design with three replications during Rabi season 2016-17.

The plant growth substances were sprayed with the help of a sprayer and the organic manures (Vermicompost, Chicken manure) was given by soil application at two, four, six leaves and flowering stage. It was observed that the experimental cultivars were exhibited genotypic variation regarding corm and cormel number, size, weight and diameters. The cultivar American beauty having maximum number of cormels whereas, cultivar White prosperity having significantly highest corm weight, corm diameter and cormel diameter and cultivar Saffron recorded minimum corm weight and corm diameter in all the tested cultivars. The treatment CCC @ 500 ppm was significantly improved the yield parameters and treatment GA3 @ 100 ppm along with Vermicompost @ 80 g/ pot was found inferior among all the treatments.”
