“سنجش نگرش کشاورزان نسبت به کشاورزی پایدار و تأثیر آن بر بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید؛ مطالعه موردی کشت‌بوم‌های زعفران شهرستان گناباد “

“افزايش بهرهوري در بخش كشاورزي امري ضروري است و با روند رو به رشد جمعيت، نيـاز بـه ابـداع سيسـ تمهـاي بـا بهـره وري بـالا پررنگتر ميشود، اما فعاليتهاي زراعي همواره با آثار زيست محيطي همراه بوده است، بنابراين دو مقولـه بهـره وري و پايـداري كشـاورزي بايد به صورت همزمان مورد توجه قرار گيرند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسايي عوامل مـوثر بـر بهـره وري عوامـل توليـد در مـزارع زعفـران شهرستان گناباد با تأكيد بر نقش نگرش نسبت به كشاورزي پايدار صورت گرفت.

جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل تمـام زعفـران كـاران شهرسـتان گناباد بود. براي دستيابي به اهداف تحقيق ١١٠ پرسشنامه بر اساس روش نمونهگيري تصادفي ساده تكميل و پس از محاسبه بهرهوري كـل عوامل توليد با استفاده از شاخص ترنكوئيست- تيل، از الگوي لاجيت ترتيبي براي شناسايي عوامل اثرگذار بر بهـره وري اسـتفاده شـد . نتـايج گوياي آن است كه متغيرهاي نگرش نسبت به كشاورزي پايدار و درآمد اثر مثبت و معنيداري بر احتمال دستيابي كشاورزان به سطوح بـالاتر بهره وري دارند. در حالي كه متغير شركت در كلاسهاي آموزشي اين احتمال را به صورت معنيداري كاهش ميدهد.

متغيرهـاي سـطح زيـر كشت، شغل اصلي و بيمه كشاورزي نيز اثر معنيداري بر احتمال دستيابي به سطوح مختلف بهرهوري ندارند. اتخاذ سياستهـايي در راسـتاي بهبود نگرش زعفرانكاران نسبت به فعاليتهاي كشاورزي پايدار و آگاهي دادن به آنها درباره آثار جـانبي كشـت ناپايـدار، حمايـت مـالي از كشاورزان براي تامين نهادههاي كشاورزي مورد نياز، تجديد نظر اساسي در محتواي كلاسهاي آموزشي و ترويجي و اصـلاح سـاختار نظـام بيمه محصولات كشاورزي از راهكارهاي موثر در راستاي بهبود بهرهوري مزارع زعفران است”

“Increasing the productivity factor in the agricultural sector is essential and by growing population rate, the need to invent more productive systems is highlighted. However, agronomic activities have always been accompanied by environmental impacts. Therefore, the two categories of productivity and agricultural sustainability should be considered simultaneously. The present study is aimed at identifying factors affecting the total productivity factor of saffron farms in the Gonabad County with an emphasis on the role of attitude towards sustainable agriculture.

The study population consisted of all saffron farmers in Gonabad. In order to achieve the research objectives, 110 questionnaires were completed based on the random sampling procedure and after calculating the total factor productivity using the Tornqvist-Theil index, an Ordered-logit model was used to identify factors affecting productivity. The results indicate that attitudes toward sustainable agriculture and income have positive and significant effects on farmers’ access to higher levels of productivity, while variable of participation in training courses significantly reduces the probability of achieving higher levels of productivity.

Variables of sown area, agricultural insurance and main job do not have any significant effects on the probability of achieving different levels of productivity. Undertaking policies which improve attitude of saffron producers towards sustainable agricultural activities and informing them about the effects of unsustainable farming, a fundamental revision of the content of training courses, financial support of farmers for provision of agricultural inputs and reforming the structure of the agricultural insurance system are effective ways to improve the productivity of saffron production.”
