کشت زعفران در ترکیه

ترکیه یکی از کشورهایی است که دارای پوشش گیاهی غنی است و شامل بسیاری از گیاهان دارویی و معطر می‌باشد. دلیل این امر این است که ترکیه در تقاطع سه منطقه فیتوژئوگرافیک واقع شده و مرکز منشاء و تمایز بسیاری از جنس‌ها و گروه‌ها می‌باشد. کشور ما از جمله کشورهای پیشرو در تجارت گیاهان دارویی و معطر است، زیرا قادر است مواد خام را به بخش‌های مهمی مانند داروسازی گیاهی، شیمی گیاهی، افزودنی‌های غذایی، صنعت لوازم آرایشی و عطر و صنعت رنگ تامین کند.

زعفران یکی از گران‌ترین گیاهان دارویی در جهان است. تقاضا برای زعفران (Crocus sativus L.) در سراسر جهان در حال افزایش است، به دلیل استفاده آن به عنوان ادویه و طعم‌دهنده برای خوش‌طعم کردن و رنگ دادن به دسرها در آشپزی، استفاده آن در تولید داروها در پزشکی، و نقش جالب آن در صنایع آرایشی. آزمایش‌های موفقیت‌آمیز در زمینه کشت زعفران در هفت منطقه ترکیه انجام شده است.استان کارابوک به‌همراه شهرستان سافرن‌بولو مرکز اصلی تولید زعفران است. در این مطالعه، مروری بر وضعیت کنونی کشت زعفران در کشور ما و اهمیت تغذیه گیاه در زعفران انجام شد.

Turkey is one of the countries with a rich flora, which contains many medicinal and aromatic plants. The reason for this is that it is located at the intersection of three phytogeographic regions and is the origin and differentiation centre of many genera and sections. Our country is among the leading countries in the trade of medicinal aromatic plants, as it is in a position to supply raw materials to important sectors such as herbal medicine, plant chemicals, food additives, cosmetics and perfume industry and paint industry. Saffron is one of the most expensive medicinal plants in the world.

The demand for saffron (Crocus sativus L.) is increasing worldwide due to its use as a spice and flavouring to flavour and colour desserts in the kitchen, its use in the manufacture of medicines in medicine, and its interesting role in cosmetics. Successful experiments on saffron cultivation have been carried out in all seven regions in Turkey. Karabük province with Safranbolu district is the main centre of saffron production. In this study, a review was made about the current situation of saffron cultivation in our country and the importance of plant nutrition in saffron.
