بررسی زیست سازگاری و مطالعه مشاهده‌ای تحمل‌پذیری اولیه امولسیون‌های پوستی بر پایه زعفران (Croccus Sativus) و عصاره گیاه شیرپنیر (Galium Verum)

یکی از محبوب‌ترین محصولات آرایشی و بهداشتی، امولسیون‌ها، سیستم‌های مدرنی هستند که بر پایه دو فاز مایع غیرقابل اختلاط ساخته شده‌اند و بر اساس معیارهای متعددی قابل طبقه‌بندی هستند. امولسیون ها با استفاده از طیف گسترده ای از مواد فعال مطابق با هدف درمانی ما فرموله می شوند و با مواد دیگری غنی شده اند که بسته به تعلق به دسته لوازم آرایشی یا درماتو آرایشی (که دومی یک دسته با فرمول های مینیمالیستی و معیارهای فرمولاسیون دقیق تر است) محصول را دلپذیرتر و آسان تر می کند.

این مقاله 2 مورد از تحقیقات انجام شده بر روی 2 فرمول پیشنهادی برای امولسیون های نوع روغن در آب، کرم های مخصوص مراقبت روزانه از پوست حساس، با یا بدون روزاسه را ارائه می دهد، امولسیونی که خواص مرطوب کنندگی امولسیون آب در روغن را با خواص حسی ویژه امولسیون روغن در آب ترکیب می کند. علاوه بر ترکیبات انتخاب شده در فرمولاسیون پایه امولسیونی، موادی که برای استفاده در اهداف آرایشی تایید شده اند، فرمول های بررسی شده در این مقاله حاوی عصاره های گیاهی هستند که برای اثر آنتی اکسیدانی آنها انتخاب شده اند: گیاه شیرپنیر (Galium verum) و گیاه زعفران (Crocus sativus). تحقیقات مربوط به جنبه های زیست سازگاری و تحمل به منظور حمایت از استفاده موضعی از محصولات است.

One of the most popular dermatocosmetic product, emulsions are modern systems based on two immiscible liquid phases and can be classified according to several criteria. Emulsions are formulated using a wide range of active substances according to our therapeutic objective and are enriched with other ingredients that make the product more pleasant and easy to use, depending on belonging to cosmetics or dermato-cosmetics category (the latter being a category with minimalist formulas and more rigorous formulation criteria).

This paper presents 2 of the investigations carried out on 2 proposed formulas for oil in water type emulsions, creams dedicated to the daily care of sensitive skin, with or without rosacea, an emulsion that combines the moisturizing properties of water in oil type emulsion with the special sensory properties of an oil in water emulsion. In addition to the ingredients chosen in the formulation of the emulsion base, ingredients approved for use for cosmetic purposes, the formulas investigated in this paper contain plant extracts selected for their antioxidant effect: Lady’s bedstraw (Galium verum) and saffron (Crocus sativus). Investigations are related to biocompatibility and tolerability aspects in order to support the topical use of the products.
